Zero waste (the base of the wick is a metal ring and can be recycled).

Average Burning Time: Depends on the kind of the wick – between 20-30 hours.

25-30 hrs. – cotton wick

20-25 hrs. – wooden wick

To minimize wax left on the sides of the candle container, burn 2-3 hours at a time!

Instructions for cleaning and reusing the TEAlight candle container:

After the complete burning of the wick, you can remove what is left of the wax and the base of the wick by using a spoon and scraping the walls of the container with it. For even more precise cleaning, you can soak the container in hot water to melt any remaining wax.
